Xfinitiy Streaming App

Having a hard time downloading the Xfinity Streaming App on my purple streaming stick. I keep getting an error message that states "channel install failed". Please help!! How did you guys get around this to install.

Thanks for the inquiry.

The most likely reason you are unable to download the channel is that it does not support your device.

Your purple streaming stick is the Roku Streaming Stick 3500, and doesn't appear to be supported by the Xfinity Stream Beta App.
