My 3 Roku devices have worked okay for 3 months. This morning, every streaming channel I regularly watch such as CBS and NBC said I needed to ‘subscribe’ which makes no sense. I went to work, hoping the issue would sort itself out, but this afternoon, all my regular channels are GONE, along with all the favorites I had programmed! I still have access to programs on my XFinity DVR, and there are a bunch of channels accessible that I never watch. I have no idea WTF is going on, no idea how to fix, and no understanding of how the situation keeps Roku from providing any decent customer support. My wife says return the devices and pay XFinity the ransom they demand. What to do?
