Why won't the Xfinity Beta app not download on my device? I get a download failed error message.
I am trying to watch my Xfinity cable shows through my Purple 3500RW Streaming Stick. I need to download the Xfinity Beta app, but every time I try, it says "failed to download" I checked with Xfinity support and they say everything is fine with my system and internet connection. The error must be with Roku. Any suggestions?
