Why when i try to put private channel they says its not avilable on my country ? i live at montreal

@tantris1 You'll need to reach out to the channel developer directly for any questions or support needs. Roku does not provide support or assistance for private, non-certified channels.

The channel developer can designate specific localities where their channel will work. They determine your location from your IP address, and if you are not connecting from an authorized location it won't work, or in your case even install. It works this way with both public and private channels.
