Why my bet plus app not working

Bet plus app hasn’t been working for some days i don’t know what’s going on

Thanks for the note.

Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more.

Does this clear up the issue you are seeing?

My app refuses to stay on. I’ll start watching something and after like a minute it’ll mute itself then stop. Then my whole television has to restart.

I tried taking it off and resting my TV and adding it bck but it still isn't working

Click the star in the remote, I use app on phone. Click check for updates, then click move, move the app, the app should refresh and work again.

Does the issue only occur on BET+ or all channels on your Roku device?

As a first step, could you try to remove the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote, and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more.
