Thanks, just had to ask. I just tried Max on my Premiere 3920, and it came up without an issue. What specific model Roku devices do you have? It's been a couple of days, but it worked on my Ultra 4800 at that time.
There are huge complaints about the Max app, not only on Roku devices but other platforms as well. It's useless on my Shield tube, but as mentioned it works perfectly on my Ultra 4800, including Dolby Vision and Atmos sound.
