What else is going on that you aren't telling us? We asked for the model number by going to Settings > System > About but you haven't done that. I assume you're unable to? So what other issues are you having? Is the remote not working correctly? Is the menu missing some items? Those other issues could help determine the cause of the problem and the solution.
