@MayaM  It’s is very old so pick up a new one. Your Roku was released in 2011

Yes, the 2 XD is a second generation Roku (current models are 10th generation), released in Sept 2011. So it's more than ten years old. It is no longer officially supported by Roku, and very few online providers support it either. Unfortunately, it's time for a new device. My personal recommendation is the Express 4K+ (not the basic Express). If you don't care about dual band WiFi or the WiFi Direct remote, then the Premiere is a good choice. However, I see the Premiere has been removed from the Roku web site, so it might not be available any longer. The Express 4K+ is currently on sale for $30, and that price will likely be the same at Best Buy, Walmart, or any other store that sells Roku devices.
