Why Amazon prime is not available in Venezuela?

How come we can use Amazon prime from the computer/ipad/phone but not from roku express? It's so annoying and excluding especially at this moment. What can we do to have the Amazon prime in Venezuela???

That decision is made solely by Amazon. You would have to ask them to make the Prime channel available in your country. Roku does not control where channels are available, nor the content they offer. Even if Prime is available on other devices, Amazon has to make it available on Roku devices.
