One reason we liked Roku is there were old programs of The Flying Nun with Sally Field under "sitcoms." Now it's missing. Anyone know what has happened to it?

Looks like 3 seasons of the "Flying Nun" are now on the free Channel/app Tubi.

You can use the Search feature on the Home Screen of your Roku device to search for content.

With free content, you will find it runs on one Channel/app for some determined time, then will move to another Channel/app.  Sometimes available on multiple Channels/apps at the same time.

The Roku Channel, like most streaming sources, actually owns little of the programming it shows.  The rest it licenses from the content owners.  These licences are basically rental agreements good for a specified length of time and may be limited to certain season numbers for television programs, and/or viewing in specified geographic locations.  

When a license expires, unless the license is renewed, the streaming company no longer has the right to carry the program.  As a license expires on one streaming service a new license may be issued elsewhere, so you can see programs shuffling around from one streaming service to another.

Thanks, but there ISN'T a search feature on Roku! As for Tubi, I have no idea where to find that, either.

Does Roku feature Tubi? Seriously, I haven't a clue as to where to find it - don't want to have to watch the thing off an app on my cell phone.

You should see the "Search" feature on the left side of your Home Screen.  You should see Home, Featured Free, LiveTV, Search, Streaming Channels, Movie Store, TV Store, My Feed, etc.  (All of these may not be there depending on your Home Screen settings, but Search and Streaming Channels should be there.)

Otherwise you can Search for content online at https://www.roku.com/whats-on

You can install free and subscription Channels/apps from the Roku Channel Store if you cannot locate the Streaming Channels feature (https://channelstore.roku.com)
