We have had Roku Express for a couple of years and have enjoyed it, and haven't had many problems. We want to display pictures from a phone onto the TV so we got a Roku Streaming Stick+ and the connector to plug it into the TV. We have rechecked all connections - they are good. Internet connection is good. Roku channel does not display! We haven't found where to enter our Roku password, which I am sure is needed.
Did we miss a step?? What are we doing wrong?
Did you go through the initial setup where you link it to your Roku account? Is the email address that shows under Settings->System->About yours?

In addition to what @renojim mentioned, is the new Roku device linked to the same Roku account as your other device?
