When will the Roku Channel be available worldwide?

I'm really hoping for the Roku Channel to arrive in Brazil, especially with the extinct Quibi shows to be renewed

Never.

Roku has different licenses to stream content for specific countries/regions.

It may be that at some point The Roku Channel is made available in Brazil, but it is unlikely to have the same content as elsewhere, such as the US.

(This is true for all streaming services, FYI)
