When I set the screen saver to the Optisign

When I set the screen saver to the Optisign app and set it to one minute, when it goes to screen saver all i get is a blank screen. If i go to the home screen and select "Optisign" it plays fine but does not loop. We are using this as an advertisement at our store and I need a feed that loops.
