When I click on Amazon or Netflix the logo shows and then it kicks me back to the home screen
I am using a TCL Roku TV. For the first few months it operated with no problems. The past couple of weeks when I click on the Amazon or Netflix channel it takes me to a screen that shows their logo, and after less than a second it kicks me back to the home screen. I do not have the same problem with Disney + or hulu or any of the other channels I have set up. Not sure what to do?
