The recaps before each show, announced as “previously on the West Wing”, don’t play using HBO Max on the Roku.  In fact they aren’t included in the show at all, because if you go back to the beginning the recaps simply are not there.  The content starts at the title frame, which normally follows the recap.

This issue is ONLY on the Roku.  If you use the HBO Max app on the iPad or use the HBO Max website, the recaps appear just fine.

HBO Max has a “Skip” feature that allows you to skip the recap, I suspect that somehow the part covered by the “Skip” is not loading when the Roku loads the show.

The recaps are an important part of the show.  It is very inconvenient to have to go to a different device to see them.  Please fix this problem.

According to the channel store, the HBO Max app is developed by: "WarnerMedia Global Digital Services, LLC".

If you're lucky, they might actually browse this site, but it's probably a good idea to let them know more directly as well.

Thanks for the tip but I had previously reported this thru help.HBOMax.com using their “Give Feedback” option and never got a reply.  I just reported it again though I am not optimistic.

I don’t know how too go about contacting WarnerMedia Global Digital Services, LLC.
