Weather4US will NOT launch!

I have been using the Weather4US app for 5 years now and never had a problem.  About 5 days ago it stopped launching at all.  It doesn't recognize any zip code that I enter.  I have the subscription as well.  It also will not allow me to delete the app.  I was going to delete and reinstall however it doesn't give me that option.  Any ideas will help.  We have enjoyed using that app very much.  Thanks in advance.

I don't think you can remove a channel if you have an active subscription.

We've had a couple of users report that their router was blocking some of our calls, resulting in the invalid zip code message.  Contact and we'll help you figure out if that's the problem in your case.
