WWE Network

I already have a paid WWE Network subscription under my husband's email.  I accidently created an acct on my other TV under my email and don't have full access to it because its not a paid one.  How to I unsubscribe under me and log it unto my husbands email?

  1. Perform a factory reset on the tv on your account via the Settings > System > Advanced system settings menu.
  2. Set your tv up again from scratch and link it to your husband's Roku account this time.
    IMPORTANT!  Note, when you are directed to go to roku.com/link to link your Roku, type it in very carefully and verify that you actually do go there.  Otherwise you can end up at a scammer's fake Roku site.  If you end up at ANY non-roku.com site (other than the https://my.roku.com/link that you'll get redirected to), back out and try again.
  3. Log into YOUR account at https://my.roku.com and click the  "Deactivate account" link.

Thanks for the inquiry.

Have you tried to log out of your account in that channel's settings? If you are still unable to log out of the channel and log into your husband's account, you can try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more and try authenticating the channel with your husband's accoutn information.
