Re: WHERE'S FOX NEWS CHANNEL?

1.) FoxNews app:  https://channelstore.roku.com/details/6a640503ebca93e5b1becda6ff800d62/fox-news-channel

2.) If its "loading up", then you know where it is....

3.) Make sure you have the latest firmware/app versions:  Settings/System/System Update/Check Now

4.) Restart your Roku

5.) Roku email & chat support:   https://support.roku.com/contactus/contact-options

Re: WHERE'S FOX NEWS CHANNEL?

When problems are confined to a particular channel, such as Fox News, it may be that the channel app installation has gotten corrupted. A reinstall may fix the problem, so give it a try. Remove/reinstall procedure:

  1. Highlight channel on home screen.
  2. Press * key and choose Remove channel option.
  3. IMPORTANT- DON'T SKIP:
Restart the Roku to clear its memory via Settings > System > System restart. (On a Roku TV, this is Settings > System > Power > System restart.)
  4. Reinstall the channel. Note it will be added to the END of the channel grid.
  5. If channel requires a login, you may need to log in anew.

Beyond that, though, you need to understand that the channel owners create their own Roku channel apps, provide them to Roku, and maintain them. The only channels controlled by Roku are their own Roku Channel and Roku Media Player. For other channels, Roku just provides the platform on which they run. Problems in how a particular channel operates should be directed to that channel.

Fox continually has one problem after another.  It doesn't appear to me that whoever does their app programming for them is very adept.  How to contact Fox Customer Support: https://help.fox.com/s/article/FOX-Nation-How-do-I-contact-Customer-Support
