I have a Roku 2 model 2720X with the OS 9.2 update build number 4131 I am unable to play any video, free or bought, on the Amazon video app. I have done several resets, including removing the app, doing a reset and then reinstalling. There was no change.
All other apps are playing okay and Amazon will play on other devices
Is there a conflict between Amazon and the OS 9.2 update?
