Hello,

I'm trying to watch vevo channel in Roku but not work at all.  I already deleted and installed the channel several times but only the headding appears and nothing else is seen.

What specifically is happening?

What is your Roku Model number?

I have a roku express.  is the basic one

I can download the channel but IO can't see any videos.

Do all other Channels seem fine?

Did you wait long enough?

Try setting your Display resolution to 720p.

Is the WIFI signal strong?

Are you using 5g or 2.4g?

Settings/Display type to 720p.

Settings/System/System restart

all done and still the same issue.  The channel says that they are HD videos un their description and my roku is not HD.  Could that be the problem?

Also try Settings/System/System update
