VH1, MTV, BET Channel Issues

VH1, MTV, BET all 3 channels hasn’t been working in over 3 months i have did everything restart my tv to the original way it came deleted the apps multiple times and reinstalled spoke with customer service just for them not to do anything, because they are saying it’s a channel issue not a roku issue. My problem is that that shouldn’t matter if you are in an agreement with a network and they aren’t providing the service to your customers then ROKU should do something i paid a good amount for my tv so why am i going months without multiple apps? everything works on regular cable. And I am so annoyed with trying to figure out how to fix this. Never purchasing from roku again, worst decision of my life.

Please be aware that many channels (apps) on the Roku platform are developed and maintained by the channel provider directly, and they'll be able to best assist with any issues you encounter within their channel. If other channels are working correctly, and you only experience this issue on those channels (apps), that is likely an indication that the issue lies within that particular channel(s). In these cases, the channel provider will need to investigate the issue in order to help resolve it.

This is not acceptable these apps have worked in this TV for months my same 3 apps are not working and let’s add Paramount Plus also free w a carrier subscription they have now partnered w BET n MTV and only in my ROKU TV is it forcing u to pay thru ROKU not your platform has a glitch within your infrastructure I work w the cable company tech support at that this your platform n an attempt to force people to pay for apps that they can obtain w a free subscription if they have a carrier what is the fix let’s talk some type of compensation this should be identified as a known issue upon purchasing a ROKU TV I just bought 2 of these TVs for my children over the holidays back to the store they go and I expect a response of solution not run around I paid to stream apps not apps the ROKU platform decides I can stream

Also Danny I read the above resolution that is not a resolution it’s a response and brush off not a solution if a bot is just going to answer me to advise of what’s going on however I will be reasonable and allot a timely response

This has nothing to do with the carriers platform I own 3 ROKU it works on 2 an. It on one please do not provide generic answers it’s insulting you gave given all customers of the same generic answer no worries lesson learned customer loss poor customer svs and defective product

Typo it works on 2 TVs and not I.therefore I beg to differ that it’s the app and not the TV it’s so disrespectful to give everyone the same generic answer sad
