VH1, MTV, BET Channel Issues

VH1, MTV, BET all 3 channels hasn’t been working in over 3 months i have did everything restart my tv to the original way it came deleted the apps multiple times and reinstalled spoke with customer service just for them not to do anything, because they are saying it’s a channel issue not a roku issue. My problem is that that shouldn’t matter if you are in an agreement with a network and they aren’t providing the service to your customers then ROKU should do something i paid a good amount for my tv so why am i going months without multiple apps? everything works on regular cable. And I am so annoyed with trying to figure out how to fix this. Never purchasing from roku again, worst decision of my life.

Please be aware that many channels (apps) on the Roku platform are developed and maintained by the channel provider directly, and they'll be able to best assist with any issues you encounter within their channel. If other channels are working correctly, and you only experience this issue on those channels (apps), that is likely an indication that the issue lies within that particular channel(s). In these cases, the channel provider will need to investigate the issue in order to help resolve it.
