Urban Movie Channel

I signed up for the Urban Movie Channel. Every time I try to login it says my email is not in the database or my password is wrong. I have the receipt that I paid for it via my bank. When I was on it, the movie would play for like 3 minutes and then freeze, log out of Roku, requiring me to sign in again.
