Upgrading F1tv from access to pro

I want to upgrade my F1tv channel account from Access to Pro. I've cancelled my access channel but I don't see an option to upgrade to Pro. Can I do this through Roku?

Thanks for the inquiry.

Have you already signed out of your account in the channel?

Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more. Does the channel give you the option to pick a Pro package?
