Univision app is not letting me view live video. Get the following message, Content Not Available- The video playback URL is not currently available. Please try again later. Is this a Roku issue or a Univision issue?
Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more.
I am having the same issue. It plays then goes to commercial then decides the content is unavailable. I can watch it on my iPad but not the Roku. I have removed the channel and restarted the Roku then reloaded the channel. Same issue.
This is very frustrating... I'm using the Univision App and logged in through my cable provider (Spectrum). I get the error message "Content Not Available, The video playback URL is not currently available. please try again later"... I have tried uninstall/restart/reinstall which doesn't work... I've also done a factory reset of the Roku stick and it still does not work. This is happening on at least 2 of my Roku devices. Was fine about 1 month ago, and now can't get around it... Only option is to watch on an iPad and screen mirror (which is too complicated for my mother-in-law who is the one that watches her novellas through this app)
