Hello all- A few days ago HBO Max added Cold Case and Without a Trace. I can't use the play button on my Roku. Works for everything else within the channel. Works on my phone.

For more information about that channel's features and functionality, you'll want to contact HBO Max support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
