I am unable to stream Netflix, Amazon Prime or Criterion. In each case I can get to the app menu but when I select watch or play, I immediately get kicked back to the Roku Home Menu. I am able to stream HBO and PBS. In an attempt to fix the Netflix issue, I deleted and reinstalled Netflix, but now it won't allow me to sign in. When I select Netflix it momentarily shows me the Netflix screen, then immediately goes back to the Roku home menu. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
We would first recommend checking for a software update on your Roku device through: Settings > System > System update > Check Now.
After checking for a manual update, try removing the channel(s) from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel(s) back once more.
