I have verified that my Roku 2 is up to date and that the Disney+ bundle through Verizon is subscribed. I checked to see that Roku 2 supports Disney+ and it seems to. I have spoken with Verizon people who think it's a Roku problem. Roku does not have customer support or even live chat. Can someone help me? Thank you!
Roku has used the Roku 2 name for several different models -- Disney only wrote their app to support some of them. You really need to determine your model NUMBER (Settings > System > About). Then check this Disney page, especially the not supported section further down the page:
