I recently relocated from United States to India. As recommended, I deactivated earlier account and opened a new one using wi fi from India.
When I set it up and connected my device, I am not able to search for channels. Also, not able to add Amazon prime and Disney+hotstar from channel store as well.
Performed factory reset as well. Did not resolve the issue.
Kindly advise.
Thanks for the inquiry.

Hola mi roku express es nuevo y no me da la opcion de busqueda de canales. Que puedo hacer?
Roku sistem is a trash, search channels is unable for Dom. Rep.
Is not a solution.
This is the most stupid feature (or lack of!) with Roku.
I fully understand that some channels are restricted to specific regions. But frankly, not allowing people to simply SEARCH for channels (from within the list of those available in their region) and forcing us to scroll through thousands of channels when we know what we look for, proves a complete disrespect of users!! Seriously... which engineer at Roku dev team decided that search feature was optional?? Do they ever use any system at all?
I have had 4 previous Roku devices over the past 5 years. I just purchased a new Roku Express. When I went to activate it, I had to create a new account as I no longer had access to the email on my old account. I now have to reset all of my channels and am unable to search the Channel store, through the Roku itself, app or website. Is this an update to the system? I have spent hours searching for the 8 channels that I want and am unable to locate because I cannot determine which category they would be in. I am really frustrated by having to search through thousands of Roku channels just to find at least what should be the most common: Disney+, Amazon Prime, and Discovery+. Any thoughts or suggestions about how to get the channel search option reinstated? When I click on the Contact Us link, I am sent to a "page not found" error.
