Unable to load "Sling" as a channel on new Roku Express

I just bought a new Roku Express + to replace another unit that went bad. When I Try to load Sling it says that I do not have enough memory. I do have a lot of channels, but it works fine in the one room on another roku and It worked fine on the other roku before it quit working. Any help is greatly appreciated.

@Cm3geese

Thanks for the post.

Have you tried removing any unused channels on your device to see if that resolves your issue?

Please keep us posted.

Thanks,

I keep having this problem as well. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and deleted unused apps. I've reset the router and everything that was recommended and it still doesn't work. Guess what does work? It works just perfect on my Firestick. So Roku, it's you. Not me. Please fix it!

Thanks for the post.

When removing a channel, please make sure that you restart your device before adding the channel back again.

Please keep us posted.

Not having enough memory means that your Roku model is probably out of storage. Maybe if you delete some of your apps, you can load Sling.

How much storage does your Roku model accept? For possible answers, go to a page on Wikipedia about the Roku streaming player series here: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Roku
