Same happened to me. And no one at ROKU is responding. I don’t use cable and so I bought a few of these devices. Bought the ROKU Premiere to get the Offer. Got none. Nor an answer to my inquiry as to why I can’t access the offer. Sure will not be purchasing any other of these equipment. Very disappointed.
