I had to delete the channel and on the remove button I noted that it failed to download. Roku never replied. I tried to download again but it won't. It has been working fine and had my favorite movies. I'm bummed
It's not real clear what you're saying. I don't understand the "on the remove button I noted that it failed to download" part. Anyway, try rebooting everything - modem/router and Roku. Unplug the power from everything for a few seconds and then plug them back in.
