Unable to cancel subscription.

Renewed Disney + through Roku. I have attempted to cancel a number of times but the channel is not listed under my subscriptions and continues to charge me.

I’m having same issue, yet regarding discovery + channel. No subscription listed under Roku, yet being billed every month. Credit card statement does indicate Roku as biller.

According to this support page, there are two places you might see your subscriptions through Roku. One is on the user web page for your account (https://my.roku.com), and the other is through the device itself. check both places as the support page lists, and see if you can find it. 

If you can't find it in either location, then contact customer service: https://support.roku.com/contactus
