I have had the Roku Science Go app for a few months. Tonight it locked me out. I tried to re-activate it with the code they give you. But as soon as I put the code on sciencechannel.com/activate, the Roku app would automatically log me out. I tried several different activation codes over a half an hour, but again, as soon as I put the code on the website, the Roku app would dump me. Roku can go ahead and remove this inept app.
Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more.
