Unable to access Creflo Dollar Ministries App on Roku Devices

Just wondering if something changed over the last few days? Was able to pull up the Creflo Dollar Ministries on Roku, but for some unknown reason I started getting an error message that referred to the site is not available. The message also referred me to this email address: www.roku@creflodollarministries.com

As an FYI, also attempted with still no luck...

  1. Reboot the TV
  2. Reboot the Roku device
  3. Deleted the Creflo Dollar Ministries app and reinstalled

Also as an FYI , I have 2 Roku devices and continue to get the same error on both devices...

  • Roku 2XD
  • Roku Express +

All other channels/apps work fine

Any assistance is greatly appreciated

Hi,

Thanks for the inquiry.

Please make sure that after you remove the channel you restart the device before adding the channel back again. 

If the issue remains unresolved, I'd recommend reaching out to the channel provider directly to report the issue and request additional support. Many channels on the Roku platform is developed and maintained by the channel provider directly, and they'll be able to best assist.
