Unable to Find Active Channel

I am trying to add a channel by using a link provided by the app developer. By clicking the link it should take me directly to their roku channel but it just sends me to the roku browse page. I've tried searching for this app on the roku channel list and can't find it there either. I know it's being used by many people it just doesn't show up for me. Please advise. Any help appreciated!

Thanks for the post.

What channel are you trying to add? Have you tried searching for the channel on the Home screen, and not within the Roku Channel?

If channel is private, you would need to contact the channel provider for further assistance with the channel.
