Ultraflix

I want to rent a movie on ultraflix, which I have installed

 It ask for my email and password, or will not accept,I changed my password, no luck, what can be the problem, I tried to create new acct, but indicates email already exist. I'm about to give up

I have purchased many films from Ultraflix, BUT every time you change something on your site, 
MY ENTIRE LIBRARY DISAPPEARS.   Some of the films return sometimes, but MANY never do. ("Black Rain" with Michael Douglas comes to mind, but there are many more.) Again, these are movies that I bought. Please help!

Your email was not validated so you couldn't log in.  When you sign up for a new account you are sent an email that includes a link that you need to click on to validate your account.  Once validated, you can login and use your account.
