I have purchased many films from Ultraflix, BUT every time you change something on your site,
MY ENTIRE LIBRARY DISAPPEARS. Some of the films return sometimes, but MANY never do. ("Black Rain" with Michael Douglas comes to mind, but there are many more.) Again, these are movies that I bought. Please help!
