Ultra out of sync on Amazon

Running Roku Ultra into a late model Onkyo receiver. Only Amazon is out of sync. Netflix, HBO, Showtime and others are perfect. When I first got the Ultra, I contacted Roku and Amazon. Each company blamed the other and then dropped the case. The audio is probably out of sync by 4 or 5 frames..enough to drive a person crazy.

I have my old Roku 3, and that works perfectly. So now I have 2 Rokus in my system and use the 3 only for Amazon, so I can't get 4k, and is a total pain, especially for my wife.

I've tried reloading the Amazon channel etc. I can't believe I'm the only one who has this problem and I can't believe Roku and Amazon don't know about it. And I can't believe they can't fix it.

Can anyone please offer me any information?
