Help & troubleshooting for channels on your Roku device, including adding/removing channels, logging in to, authenticating, or activating a channel, channel-specific playback issues, assistance contacting channel publishers to report issues, and adjusting channel-specific settings.
For the past month the USA "channel" on my TCL/Roku TV doesn't load. I just get a screen with a 3-dot animation that makes it looks like it's loading something, but nothing happens -- even after letting it sit for 10 minutes. All other channels work fine.
I've tried removing and re-adding the channel, but the problem persists.
If the issue remains unresolved, I'd recommend reaching out to USA Channel directly to report the issue and request additional support. Many channels on the Roku platform is developed and maintained by the channel provider directly, and they'll be able to best assist.
You are aware that in order to watch the USA Network on Roku, you need to link it to your cable provider, right? Try unlinking it from your cable provider and try linking it again. To do that, go to the website shown on your screen and enter the code shown on your TV and then choose your cable provider from the list. When it links, the network should start.
That link doesn't work, the website doesn't exist.
uninstall and reinstall the channel, then go to where you link the channel, enter the website exactly as it says then enter the code shown on the screen exactly as shown on your screen then find your cable provider and and then link. You can also load the channel by installing the NBC network app, and go to the USA network. on the associated networks area, and install it that way. The website should be usa.com/activate. and enter code.
