For the past month the USA "channel" on my TCL/Roku TV doesn't load. I just get a screen with a 3-dot animation that makes it looks like it's loading something, but nothing happens -- even after letting it sit for 10 minutes. All other channels work fine.
I've tried removing and re-adding the channel, but the problem persists.
