USA Channel Never Loads

For the past month the USA "channel" on my TCL/Roku TV doesn't load. I just get a screen with a 3-dot animation that makes it looks like it's loading something, but nothing happens -- even after letting it sit for 10 minutes. All other channels work fine. 

I've tried removing and re-adding the channel, but the problem persists.

Hi,

Thanks for letting us know about the issue that you are experiencing.

When removing the channel from the Roku home screen make sure you restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, then add the channel back once more.

Does this clear up the issue you are seeing?

No, it doesn’t.

The channel/app loads with the menu bar up top, but the main area just shows 3 loading dots and nothing happens.

Thanks for the update.

If the issue remains unresolved, I'd recommend reaching out to USA Channel directly to report the issue and request additional support. Many channels on the Roku platform is developed and maintained by the channel provider directly, and they'll be able to best assist.
