UMC subscription issue

I just downloaded UMC. Roku billing says only link one UMC subscription with your roku TV account. This is my first time having it. I don't see it anywhere else on my account that shows I've had it before. Not sure about this issue. Assist roku family.

You've checked https://my.roku.com/account/subscriptions ?

Are you sure the email address that shows up in Settings->About matches the account you're checking?

I'm sure. It only shows 1 subscription of UMC under my account with that email. It asked me if it could use my roku to link channel. So I assume it would attach my password and username. I put in info UMC came up. But when I wanted to watch a show I received that error. So I unsubscribed to find out more info
