UKTV Play

I have tried to log into UKTV Play but I get the message to update my subscription. It says I can do it in "Settings".

I have searched through settings but can not find how to update.

At present, I can not watch any of the channels on UKTV Play.

Any one have any ideas please.

How are you subscribe to UKTV? Is your subscription through Roku, or is it through the channel provider directly?

For more information about that channel's features and functionality, you'll want to contact UKTV support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.

received notice my billing info was in need of updating, updated and lost my subscription to uktv, try to resubscribe but i keep getting an error. how can i resubscribe to uktv? thanks
