Hey, we all tried everything and UFC fight pass doesn’t know what’s wrong either. Fact is is just on some units. I have an Roku Ultra and it won’t load on mine, I’ve deleted app factory reset, deleted the cache, anything an everything you can do, but no luck. Plus, it’s works on all my other Roku units. We need some answer not the same template troubleshooting that you posted. Fix the issue, or give us a work around, come on.
Dude don't you think everybody has contacted ufc?? You keep pointing the fingers at each other you say it's ufc, ufc says it's roku and nothing is being done. Here I'll do your job for you how about you reverse the update back to version 9, because 10 is obviously trash and nothing is "solved". I have a roku smart TV and I swear I will never buy another roku product this has been going on for months and there's plenty of better manufacturers out there who actually fix their problems.
Hello, tried everything here nothing works. Got lucky and solved myself. Go to roku hidden menu by pressing home button 5 times then fast forward button three times then rewind button two times. A menu will open then update software. Roku should have been on top of this. I least I can watch my UFC on this device again.
