Trying to link syfy to roku tv no matter what code or how many times i put said code in it wont work

So I've been trying to link SYFY to my Roku TV but none of the codes work. I followed the instructions, tried entering it more than once,  made sure there were no errors so I tried new codes also multiple times and they just don't work. What do I do about this?

Thanks for the inquiry.

You should be able to search and add the SYFY channel from the Roku Channel store. 

Are you trying to login within the SYFY channel?

For more information about that channel's features and functionality, you'll want to contact SYFY support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.

Having same issue, for days now. The channel is loaded on my Roku, and I had been connected for months without issue and then a few days ago it told me I need to connect my Roku again, but every code is invalid. I tried using my phone and my computer to input the Roku codes but all come back invalid. There has not been any changes to my internet or my cable provider, so idk why I was logged out in the first place.

Thanks for the note.

Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more. 

If the issue remains unresolved, I'd recommend reaching out to Syfy directly to report the issue and request additional support. Many channels on the Roku platform are developed and maintained by the channel provider directly, and they'll be able to best assist. If other channels are working correctly, and you only experience this issue on the Syfy channel (app), that is likely an indication that the issue lies within that particular channel. In these cases, the channel provider will need to investigate the issue in order to help resolve it.
