Trouble watching an episode of a series

I am trying to watch an episode for my favorite series on lifetime. I go to lifetime.com/activate, Choose my cable provider, and put in the correct code that the TV is showing me. It says online “you’re all set, happy viewing“. And then the play icon shows on my episode that I want to watch. But when I click on it, I get an error message that says user not authorized. Does anyone know how to fix this? I’ve tried it with other stations other than lifetime and have issues too.

For more information about that channel's account authentication functionality, you'll want to contact the channel provider support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
