Trouble applying Apple app

Every time I try to go to the installed Apple app it goes back to the homepage?

We'd like to gather more information about the issue you're running into. Could you please send us the serial number of your Roku device from Settings >Settings >About. What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far to try to resolve the issue?
