Trouble adding Xfinity channel to Roku

I'm having trouble adding the Xfinity channel to my Roku. When I add it it says "Channel install failed Could not add" but I am able to add other channels and my pin is correct. I called Xfinity and they say this is a Roku issue. How can I add this channel?

Have you tried restarting your Roku device and trying to install the channel again?

I have a Roku 4662x and was told that I need  an Ultra 4340x/4660x, Express 3700x/3900x or Express Plus 3710x/3910x.  I have been unable to find these models and don't have enough knowledge to find a comparable model that will work with Xfinity/Comcast.

First, confirm you are using Comcast/Xfinity as your ISP.

Next, confirm you have Comcast/Xfinity as a TV provider also.
