I've started a free trial channel offer on 1 TV. Why does my 2nd TV not recognize this & require me to start another new trial offer on it.
The trial period should be good across all your Roku devices if your Rokus are all linked to one account. You can verify this from your Account Dashboard. https://my.roku.com/account Then look toward bottom of page under "My Linked Devices". If you don't see multiple Roku devices listed, then they are not linked, and therefore will be treated as individual/seperate accounts.
