Tips and Tricks not loading

I have a new Roku Ultra. None of the videos in the 'Tips and Tricks' channel will load. With all of them the 'retrieval' process starts then immediately stops.

Thanks for the post.

Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more.

Does this clear up the issue you are seeing? Please keep us posted.

Thanks for the update.

Please provide us with the following information:
-Roku device model
-serial number
-device ID
-software OS/version
(these can all be found in Settings > System > About)

I will be able to pass this information along to the appropriate to investigate further.

I have a tcl Roku 50" tv and am having same issue 

But I'm also Canadian and am having problems with my Roku account whenever I go to the channel store it immediately turns to the American version not Canadian and I cant find crave tv or anything else featured on roku.ca 

I swear dealing with both Quebec and Canada governments over pass due taxes of a friend of a friend who passed away 50yrs ago is easier than working this system

Thanks for the post.

It sounds like you may have created a Roku account that isn't located in your current region. If channels in your region are not available, it may indicate that your device is linked to an account that was created in a different region where that channel may not be offered by the channel provider. You'll want to make sure that you are using an internet connection located in the correct region when creating your account. You can check your IP address' reported location by visiting www.whatismyip.com - If you see an issue, you'll need to contact your ISP to help resolve any issue.

We would recommend creating a new Roku account in your region.
