Thumbnails of videos in apps

Jump to solution

Is there any way to fix flashing thumbnails of videos in Roku TV apps? I have deleted and readded an app that contained flashing thumbnails like Nat Geo Wild but it wasn't fixed.

@Lanceman

Thanks for the post.

For more information about that channel's features and functionality, you'll want to contact Nat Geo Wild  support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.

Thanks,
Danny

@Lanceman

Thanks for the post.

Can you please specify the channels that you are experiencing this issue with?

When removing a channel, make sure to restart your device before adding the channel back again.

Thanks,
Danny

The channel is called Nat Geo Wild. I was going to open the app to take a picture of the flickering thumbnails in the app but the app now doesn't even open.
