So then why won’t y’all as roku try to reach out to Spotify and try and work with them to get it fixed instead of giving us the link to go complain to Spotify? Why? So they can tell us it’s y’alls fault too and give us a link back to hear to complain to y’all lol? Honestly it really just shows how much both of y’alls companies really don’t give a **bleep** about the customer.
As stated previously, if the issue is only with the channel alone, this is a good indication that there is likely an issue within that specific channel that will need to be addressed with an update from the channel publisher. Channels on Roku are created and maintained by each channel publisher. In this case, you'll want to reach out to that channel publisher directly to share your feedback.

What does work is this. If you have an iPhone with Spotify installed and a newer Roku that supports Airplay (or anyway to cast a Mirror of your screen to your tv), and then just play the video inside Spotify through your phone it will work fine. This temporary fix will work until the team behind the JRE app is able to resolve this.
