The channel “Philo” is supported by my romo express but not shiwing in search channels on ruko
I would like to add the channel Philo to my ruko , but when i put it in the search channels on my ruko its not there , according to Philo my roko device Ruko Epress 3930 x it is supported . Why doesnt it show up in ruko search channels ?

No it says they cant find that channel , i tried on search channel in every category they listed across the top of page and on my ruko device, i talked to customer service on the philo site and he checked to see if my device was supported and it is suppose to be
Where are you currently located? Please be aware that channel availability/access on Roku devices will vary from region to region. A Roku device will work in any location, however, channels may not be available on your device in that location, based on each channel provider's discretion.
